You will manage on-site technical teams and subcontractors, ensuring exceptional service and compliance with quality, safety, and budget standards. You will also provide regional technical support, promoting process standardization and knowledge sharing.Main ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (QHSE).Supervise preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance of technical systems.Manage the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS - Maximo).Lead technical audits and ensure corrective actions are completed.Build strong relationships with internal and external clients.Coordinate and evaluate the performance of technical vendors.Administer the annual technical services budget and monitor expenses.Support renovation, adaptation, and new construction projects.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and team development.Candidate ProfileEssential Requirements :
