reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager EMEA, based in Tres Cantos, Spain.As a TABP at Nutreco, you will drive our Talent Acquisition strategy, aligning it with business goals. Your role involves building strong partnerships with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and the HR team to ensure talent strategies support our objectives.You will own the recruitment process across our corporate and operational functions, from developing strategic plans to advising hiring managers on critical skill needs. Your guidance will be key in attracting top talent to propel our business forward.Success in this role depends on your ability to align talent acquisition with company growth, manage stakeholders effectively, provide expert consultancy, and foster cross-functional collaboration.About The Role

Strategic Partnership:
Leverage knowledge of business drivers, recruitment goals, and industry trends to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives. Success is measured by meeting recruitment targets.Stakeholder Management:
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand and anticipate recruitment needs, ensuring clear communication and alignment.Talent Acquisition Consulting:
Provide insights promoting diversity and inclusion, supporting successful hiring and retention.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing to streamline recruitment processes.Project Management:
Lead or contribute to talent acquisition improvement projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Leadership:
Mentor and guide a team of TA Specialists, fostering their development.Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, or related field.At least 3 years of relevant experience in recruiting, preferably including campus recruitment.Strong stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in data-driven recruitment approaches.Proactive with quick understanding of business needs.Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.Preferred residence:
