Job Responsibilities :
* Develop fertilizer sales plans, investigate and research the international fertilizer market, and collect information about local farmer customers in the target market.
* Contact and approach potential customers, negotiate contracts, complete contract signing, and achieve annual sales targets.
* Track the implementation of signed contracts (production, transportation, foreign exchange collection, etc.) and address related issues promptly.
* Manage international customer relationships, including communication, meetings, receptions, and visits.
* Supervise payment recovery from customers to reduce accounts receivable.
* Assist customers in developing sales policies and promote sales activities.
Job Requirements :
* Degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Pesticide Science, Seed Industry, or related field.
* Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, preferably in the agricultural or fertilizer industry.
* Willingness to undertake international business trips.
* Excellent communication and execution skills.
* Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in a foreign language, with the ability to communicate directly with international clients.
* Must be a local citizen.
