Position: Marketing Specialist
Salary: 24K b / a (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Job Responsibilities:
* Create and distribute marketing content effectively to strengthen brand presence through innovative promotional offers, online and offline marketing campaigns, and events.
* Collaborate directly with the company director.
* Enhance relations with clients and partners, and assist in acquiring new clients and market positioning through campaigns.
* Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events using tools such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta, Google Ads.
* Monitor, analyze, and report on the success of campaigns and events.
* Create online and offline marketing content.
* Train the sales team with marketing content and campaigns to improve the company's image, especially in Spain, US, and UK.
* Develop and manage web content, optimize for SEO, and manage SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Bing, social media).
* Design and manage websites using WordPress and Elementor.
* Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter.
* Generate performance reports and propose optimizations based on KPIs such as CPA, ROI, ROAS.
* Configure and analyze Google Analytics events and goals.
* Identify new business opportunities by analyzing campaign results and implementing remarketing strategies.
* Monitor, optimize, and track active campaigns to meet KPIs.
Qualifications:
* 3-6 years of demonstrable marketing experience.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
* Excellent writing and communication skills in Spanish and English (C1-C2).
* Experience in content marketing, including blog management.
* Proficiency in Google Ads (search, display, video), Bing, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter).
* Valuable knowledge of Data Studio and Google Optimize.
* Knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
* Experience in User Acquisition.
* Strong communication skills, team work, and critical thinking.
* Ability to create and optimize websites, manage SEO, and SEM campaigns.
* Experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp.
* Web design skills using WordPress and Elementor.
* Ability to plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
* Ability to generate and analyze campaign performance reports and KPIs.
