The successful candidate will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and IT assistance to end users. This role requires someone with strong technical skills and a customer-focused approach. /ppKey Responsibilities: /pulliProvide on-site and remote desktop support for users, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. /liliTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues. /liliInstall, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals. /liliEnsure the deployment of operating systems, updates, and software packages. /liliWork with the IT team to resolve and escalate issues as needed. /liliPerform routine system audits and ensure systems are up-to-date and secure. /liliProvide end-user training and technical documentation where necessary. /liliCollaborate with team members and manage support tickets for various internal stakeholders. /li /ulpRequired Skills Qualifications: /pulli2+ years of experience in Desktop Support or similar roles. /liliStrong experience with Windows OS, Mac OS, and Linux environments. /liliExperience with Active Directory for user management, group policies, and security. /liliProficient with remote desktop tools and troubleshooting techniques. /liliExperience with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). /liliStrong knowledge of MS Office Suite and other productivity software. /liliExpertise in hardware diagnostics, repair, and replacements. /liliKnowledge of system imaging and software deployment tools (e.g., SCCM, MDT). /liliFamiliar with ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management. /liliStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users. /liliAbility to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. /li /ulpMust Have Skills: /pulliCertification: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or equivalent. /liliExperience with cloud-based applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace). /liliKnowledge of IT security best practices and protocols. /li /ulpWhy AVASO Technology? /pulliJoin a dynamic and innovative team with a global presence. /liliOpportunities for career growth and continuous learning. /liliCompetitive salary and benefits package. /liliWork with cutting-edge technologies to shape the future of IT solutions. /li /ulpHow to Apply: /ppReady to take your career to the next level?
