As Product Owner – B2B Discovery & Acquisition, you will lead the development and continuous optimization of digital experiences that expand our client’s professional customer base and drive commercial growth. Your focus will span the entire B2B acquisition journey — from initial discovery to onboarding and expansion — ensuring every interaction is relevant, frictionless, and value-generating.
Responsibilities
* Own the execution and continuous refinement of the product vision, aligned with the strategic direction set by Digital Product leadership.
* Lead product discovery efforts to understand stakeholder needs and translate insights into actionable opportunities.
* Prioritize initiatives that expand reach, improve engagement, and accelerate conversion, while simplifying workflows and removing friction across the acquisition journey.
* Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, CRC, DX, Analytics to deliver seamless, high-impact experiences.
* Support onboarding flows and operational processes to reduce friction for prospects and internal stakeholders.
* Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and experiments to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
* Foster personalized engagement and integration with broader platforms (e.g., CRM, Martech, Commerce).
* Maintain a clear prioritization framework to align stakeholders and drive delivery momentum.
* Advocate for customer-centricity and simplicity in every product decision.
* Support change management and enablement efforts to drive adoption across markets and teams.
* Contribute to increasing Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) by improving acquisition quality and digital purchasing experiences.
Qualifications
* At least 6 years of experience as a Product Owner in an international ecommerce (B2B) setting.
* A track record of delivering digital solutions that drive acquisition and commercial growth across diverse B2B segments.
* Strong analytical and decision-making skills with fluency in working against KPIs.
* Experience optimizing current solutions while contributing to future ones, in multi-market or multi-channel contexts.
* Applied experience in Agile delivery within complex environments.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to influence across levels and geographies.
* Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
* Experience coordinating with other squads/tribes to ensure cohesive execution.
* Ability to work with technical leads and designers, understanding architectural constraints and trade-offs.
* Understanding of B2B digital commerce models (direct sales, subscriptions, channel partnerships).
* Fluency in English is essential.
