Regional Total Rewards Director – Barcelona
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with the organization’s objectives, incorporating global guidelines, compliance, and industry best practices.
* Bring in the best talent to match the roles, considering internal and external talent, and provide guidance to the team.
* Provide high levels of engagement to enable high performance while supporting the company and its brands.
* Align regional compensation teams and CHROs with the new strategy.
* Define, develop, and communicate the new TR process, ensuring agility, compliance, data insights, and accuracy.
* Define, develop, and implement the product/system that drives the new process, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
* Ensure adoption of the new strategy across all entities.
* Manage regional benefits strategy and vendors to deliver an attractive EVP at optimal cost.
* Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline rewards workflows, from data modeling to scaling internal communications.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in Total Rewards, especially in high-growth tech or multi-brand environments.
* Ownership of the European rewards landscape, driving solutions from ideation to delivery.
* Leadership skills to build inclusive, high-performing teams.
* Hands‑on experience with Workday (or similar) for pay review cycles and leveraging technology for efficiency.
* Strong understanding of job architecture, salary ranges, pay equity, and mathematical modeling.
* Capability to design fair, transparent, bias-free systems.
