The ideal candidate will be able to work with a high level of collegiality, functioning as a tax adviser.Primary Duties- Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across the group to provide ongoing tax support to various Amazon businesses and to Tax Country Owners.- Analyze application of tax legislations on business operations and communicate to both tax and non-tax stakeholders.- Design, implement and maintain tax processes to ensure ongoing management of tax risks.- Monitoring development in the Tax legislation in different jurisdictions.Key Job Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across the group to provide ongoing tax support to various Amazon businesses and to different Tax Country Managers.- Effectively business partner to ensure business activities are consistent with the group´s European legal and operational structure.- Analyze application of tax legislations on business operations and communicate to both tax and non-tax stakeholders.- Design, implement and maintain tax processes to ensure ongoing management of tax risks.- Monitoring development in the Tax legislation in different jurisdictions.Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level- A minimum of 7 years of international income tax experience with a public accounting firm, major law firm, and/or in a multinational corporationPreferred Qualifications- Experience of working with European tax laws- AI tools knowledgeAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
