Network Administrator (m/f/d)
As a Network Administrator, you will share responsibility for ensuring the availability and security of our customers' data center and network infrastructure.
Exciting Tasks Await You
- Development, planning, implementation and administration of:
- Data center infrastructures
- LAN, SD-WAN
- Network security, firewall solutions from manufacturers like Cisco and Fortinet
- Layer 2 and Layer 3 configuration of customer sites
- Ensuring maximum availability and network security
- Documenting the network structure using Microsoft Visio
- Planning, coordination, and execution of system installations
- Second & Third Level support for pre‑qualified incidents in the areas of routers, switches, and firewalls
- Participation in a weekly rotating 24/7 on‑call duty (separately compensated)
Your Profile
- Knowledge of routing and switching and common routing protocols
- Experience with firewall solutions, preferably from Cisco and Fortinet
- First experience with network security (e.G. Cisco Identity Services Engine)
- Ideally, manufacturer certifications (e.G., CCNA)
- ITIL knowledge is a plus
- Strong technical understanding, independent working style, and high level of service orientation
- Very good German and good English skills
Mandatory Requirements
Nationality or Work Authorization: Spanish or Portuguese nationality, or a permanent work permit/VISA for Spain or Portugal.
Language Proficiency: Advanced level of Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
