What You’ll Do:
* 50% Business Development : Engage in cold outreach to identify and secure new business opportunities.
* 50% Candidate Search : Source and recruit top talent for our established client base.

* Experience of at least 1 year inrecruitment in accountancy and finance .
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* A proactive approach to business development and client relationship management.
