The Role
As a Digital Product Owner at Nespresso, you will be responsible for driving the digital strategy, development, and continuous enhancement of our product offerings within the Nespresso ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on delivering an exceptional user experience and maximizing customer retention through innovative digital solutions.
What you’ll do
* Define and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with Nespresso's business objectives.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technology, design, and operations, to ensure alignment on product goals, priorities, and timely delivery.
* Manage and prioritize the product backlog, defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint planning in collaboration with the Agile development team.
* Conduct market research, analyze user feedback, and leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities for product improvement, ensuring the product meets user needs and expectations.
* Drive iterative development cycles, conducting regular reviews, and retrospectives to refine the product, improve features, and optimize user experience.
* Establish objectives and key results, and regularly monitor metrics related to growth, user engagement, retention, and revenue, taking necessary actions based on data insights.
* Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and impediments to successful product delivery, developing mitigation strategies and adapting plans accordingly.

Minimum qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
* Proven experience (6+ years) as a Digital Product Owner or similar role, particularly within e-commerce environments.
* Proficient understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Bonus Points If You
* Have experience in the coffee industry.
