Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Flemish-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join a dynamic team supporting customers in the automotive industry. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries and ensure a premium customer experience.

ResponsibilitiesProvide customer support via phone, email, or chat

Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services

Deliver a high-quality customer experience

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

RequirementsGood level of English

Previous Customer Service or Sales experience

Experience with luxury brands is a plus

Working HoursMonday – Friday09:00 – 18:00 (39h/week)
