Technical Account Manager, you will oversee customer relationships, guiding them to achieve exceptional security. You will serve as a trusted security advisor, acting as an extension of their team, providing technical guidance and best practices. Your role involves helping customers reach security maturity, mapping their journey, and architecting a resilient security posture. Additionally, your deep understanding of customer needs will influence the development of our technology and services. This position is based in Spain.A Day in the Life…As a TAM at WatchGuard, your day may differ from traditional roles due to the cybersecurity environment and MDR services focus. Responsibilities include reviewing security alerts, incidents, emerging threats, and support tickets with partners/customers, acting as an escalation point for communication issues, and documenting learnings to share with teams and clients.Skills and QualificationsCustomer-focused, data-driven, process-oriented professional with Windows systems administration experience.Proven success in a technical customer-facing role.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with positivity and integrity.Committed to professional growth and business development in a growing market.Ability to handle ambiguity, communicate effectively with partner teams, and understand customer experiences.Fluent in Spanish and English;
