Job Title: Night Manager (Reception & Security Supervision)
Location: Oasis Premium Recovery Centre, Marbella
Schedule: Night Shift (Full-Time)
Overview
The Night Manager ensures a calm, safe, and well-coordinated environment during nighttime hours. This role combines front-desk reception duties, guest support, and basic security oversight. The Night Manager is responsible for maintaining the environment of confidentiality, discretion, and comfort expected at a premium recovery residence.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents during nighttime hours.
- Manage reception tasks: check-ins, check-outs, guest assistance, handling calls and messages.
- Monitor property security systems and conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure safety and order.
- Respond to resident requests, concerns, or incidents in a calm and professional manner.
- Coordinate with daytime staff through accurate nightly reporting and information handover.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the center’s standards of privacy and discretion.
- Oversee compliance with house guidelines and ensure a peaceful environment conducive to rest and recovery.
- Liaise with external services if needed (medical support, transport, emergency services) following established protocols.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of common areas during shift.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, residential care, private villas, recovery centers, or high-end service environments.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with residents respectfully and professionally.
- Reliable, calm, observant, and solution-oriented in managing unexpected situations.
- Fluent in English ; Spanish is a strong advantage.
- Basic IT skills (email, reception software, logging systems).
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and discretion at all times.
- Valid work authorization in Spain.
Preferred Qualities
- Background or training in psychology, wellness, security, or hospitality.
- Experience working with UHNW clients or in private guest environments.
- First aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
