Strategic HR Partnership
Collaborate with business leaders to understand operational goals and translate them into HR strategies.
Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning for sea and air freight divisions.
Support change management initiatives during business transformation or process optimization.
Talent Management
Drive recruitment strategies for specialized roles in freight forwarding and air cargo operations.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs for operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Performance & Compensation
Support performance management cycles, including goal setting and appraisals.
Ensure adherence to international and local labor regulations.
HR Analytics
Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, training effectiveness) and provide insights to improve workforce efficiency.
Prepare reports for senior management on HR trends within sea and air freight operations.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.G., Experience: 5+ years in HR roles, with at least 2 years as HRBP in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation industry.
Ability to manage HR projects in a fast-paced, general environment.
Familiarity with HRIS and data-driven decision-making.
