Committed staff members at our production, sales, and marketing companies ensure optimal customer and market support worldwide. /h4 h4The main role of the Sales Representative is to attract clients in public and private hospitals and clinics, build customer loyalty, and sell the product range within the assigned area and accounts. /h4 pstrongTasks and Responsibilities: /strong /p ul liThey are responsible for promoting and carrying out specialised sales of the product portfolio within their assigned accounts (clinics, public hospitalsand private hospitals). /li liThey ensure the implementation of company processes, alongside the effective use of sales tools. /li liSupports Head Office in managing various aspects related to their accounts: budgeting, invoicing, collections, incidents, etc., and any other area where, thanks to their knowledge of the account, they can assist. /li liCollaborates with the Tenders and Bids Department to prepare tenders and with the Engineering Department to prepare projects. /li liCarries out product installations, after-sales training and any other activity that strengthens the relationship with customers. /li liInvolvement in drawing up the department’s annual business plan, reviewing business performance and fortnightly activities, and carrying out administrative and scheduling tasks. /li /ul pstrongQualifications: /strong /p ul liBe an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing. /li liPractical knowledge of office software and CRM systems (Outlook, Excel, SAP and Salesforce). /li liAble to work with minimal supervision and make decisions regarding work priorities. /li liScheduling visits and prioritising time. /li liDocument management (contracts, purchase orders, tenders where applicable). /li liCompliance with commercial policies and pricing guidelines. /li /ul pstrongEducation, Experience, Competencies Skills: /strong /p ul liPreferably, a degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering or a related field. /li liMinimum of 1–2 years’ experience, preferably in companies within the healthcare sector or medical devices. /li liMinimum of 1–2 years’ experience in client visits (field/hybrid), preparing quotations and closing deals. /li liMinimum of 1–2 years’ experience managing the full sales cycle (from prospecting to closing and basic after-sales). /li /ul h4Social Benefits /h4 ul no-style="list-style-type:disc" liCobee Card /li liSanitas health insurance /li liLife and accident insurance /li liLaptop, iPad and mobile phone /li liCompany car.
