Purpose of the role As a member of the TP team, you will be working on inbound and outbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Local Services Ads by Google. You will become a digital consultant, advising them on their digital advertising strategy, with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business. It is a target driven environment, where you will work towards individual sales targets as well as being part of a larger sales team responsible for increasing the Client customer base across EMEA.
Responsibilities
Achieve a minimum number of interactions (phone call and/or emails) per day
Strategically qualify leads and manage a complex sales pipeline across diverse markets
Conduct in-depth needs assessments and tailor advertising solutions to business goals
Set clear expectations and guide businesses through advanced onboarding processes
Master regional onboarding protocols and provide authoritative guidance
Collaborate closely with clients to ensure complete and accurate verification
Resolve complex issues and escalate feedback through structured channels
Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment
Requirements
C2 level of Dutch and English (both written and spoken)
More than 2 years of experience in similar fields: sales, recruiting, customer-facing role
Proven success in call center or high-volume sales environments
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational mastery
Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and tight deadlines
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
Strong autonomy and decision-making capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Business
Experience in collaborative team settings
Familiarity with home services industries (e.g., plumbing, electrical)

Salary: 23.876€ gross/year + up to 3.408€ gross/year in bonus
