J&J MedTech Surgery, previously Ethicon, is now looking for a Product Manager Wound Closure & Mentor .

Key Responsibilities :

* Market Analytics : Identifies appropriate sources of information and leverages analytical best practices to analyze and interpret market, healthcare environment, and financial metrics related to the Wound Closure and Mentor platform to inform fact-based decision making.
* Stakeholder Insights : Uses firsthand, in-person channels of influence to understand stakeholders’ needs and perspectives, and utilizes structured approaches to derive insights. Leverages knowledge of clinical and non-clinical decision-making processes to influence and gain support from stakeholders.
* Branding Strategy : Develops and executes strategies responding to market and healthcare environment shifts, incorporating business and marketing objectives, value propositions, and metrics into differentiated strategies and ensuring effective execution.
* Pricing Strategy : Develops and applies pricing and contracting strategies across brands and solutions, considering market knowledge and healthcare delivery realities, to translate value into profitability.
* Message Development and Delivery : Uses innovative marketing approaches and analytics to test and optimize messaging impact, creating compelling value propositions that resonate with stakeholders.
* Launch Excellence : Ensures launch readiness, uses post-launch metrics, and manages lifecycle plans to meet launch goals efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications :

* A degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
* An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
* Fluent in English; advanced proficiency preferred.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills are required.
* Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills are essential.
* Analytical thinking, results orientation, teamwork, integrity, and prior sales experience are required.
* Experience in marketing and the MedTech industry is preferred.
