Join to apply for the Customer Success Manager (DACH) role at WorkFlex.

WorkFlex is a B2B SaaS platform that enables employers to allow their employees to work from anywhere without facing compliance risks. We have 500+ clients, including Scout24, BioNTech, Vodafone, Flix, and others. You will contribute to growing our team, clients, and ARR.

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of 70-80 customers. Your main responsibilities include onboarding, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving adoption, and fostering long-term partnerships for retention and expansion. You will leverage your expertise in customer success, project management, and industry best practices to deliver exceptional results and customer value.


What You Will Do

* Trusted Advisor: Guide customers through onboarding and nurture strong relationships.
* Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain high-quality relationships, ensuring adoption and satisfaction.
* Retention & Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, collaborating with sales and product teams.
* Project Management: Lead ongoing projects, ensuring timelines and goals are met. Work with Account Managers and Sales on expansion and renewals.
* Communication & Follow-Up: Maintain proactive communication, provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
* Risk Management: Identify at-risk accounts and develop strategies to mitigate churn.
* Customer Advocacy: Act as a customer advocate, providing insights to improve offerings.
* Reporting: Use CRM (HubSpot) to track key success metrics including usage, satisfaction, retention, and expansion.


What You Need To Succeed

* Experience in B2B SaaS, preferably with some familiarity with the DACH market.
* 2-3 years as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS.
* Proficiency in German and English.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Good understanding of technology and tools like Excel and HubSpot.
* Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
