motivated RF & Microwave Design Engineers
capable of tackling complex technical challenges and providing innovative solutions in advanced RF and microwave subsystem design and integration. Your Mission You will join a
multidisciplinary engineering team
(RF, Mechanical, I&T, Manufacturing, Thermal, Digital, etc.) responsible for designing, analyzing, building, and validating high-performance RF products for
Radar and EW applications. Key Responsibilities Design RF and microwave circuitry for high-frequency applications, including receivers, transmitters, and frequency synthesizers. Perform technical and cost trade studies and select commercially available components. Lead hardware layout, component evaluation, prototype construction, and testing activities. Develop and execute test, integration, verification, and validation plans, including risk assessments. Collaborate across engineering disciplines to ensure optimal RF subsystem performance and integration. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in
Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering, with a focus on RF/Microwave engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience
in RF/Microwave component design: frequency converters, SSPAs, oscillators, LNAs, filters, hybrids, waveform generators, limiters, etc. Proficiency with design and simulation tools such as
Spice, ADS, MATLAB, HFSS, or equivalent schematic/layout software. Experience in simulation, integration, testing, and analysis of complex RF systems. Hands-on experience using RF/Microwave test equipment (signal generators, vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, noise figure meters, oscilloscopes, etc.). Knowledge of analog and power supply design. Advanced English level
(written and spoken). Preferred Qualifications Master’s or PhD in Electrical or RF Engineering. Previous experience in the
Defense or Aerospace
sector. Experience with
low-band to Ka-band and mmWave circuits. Solid background in
RF power amplifier (SSPA) design. Familiarity with
Design to Cost (DTC)
and
Design for Manufacturing & Assembly (DFMA)
methodologies. Strong self-learning ability and comfort working in dynamic, multi-tasking environments. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. What We Offer Permanent contract.
