Our clients are international HNWIs and UHNWIs who expect discretion, access, and flawless execution. Our growth has been built exclusively through referrals and long-term relationships.
We are currently seeking a Head of Private Client Services to take a central role in the company's next phase of growth.
The Role
This is a client-facing position combining private client management, business development, and operational oversight .
The role is designed for someone who can operate autonomously, manage high-value clients, and contribute directly to revenue generation across lifestyle services and real estate.
This is not a traditional concierge role. It is a position for someone who understands how to navigate and perform within the expectations of UHNW clients.
Key Responsibilities Private Client Management
* Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of HNWI and UHNWI clients
* Curate and oversee all aspects of the client experience in Ibiza
* Ensure a seamless, discreet, and highly personalised service
Business Development & Revenue Generation
* Identify and convert opportunities across concierge services and real estate
* Develop new client relationships through network and referrals
* Expand the company's ecosystem of clients, partners, and properties
Operations & Execution
* Coordinate suppliers, staff, and service delivery at the highest level
* Oversee concierge operations and ensure consistent quality standards
* Manage complex requests with precision and efficiency
Brand Representation
* Represent Wolf Global Management in front of clients and partners
* Maintain and elevate the brand's positioning within the luxury ecosystem
* Build long-term relationships based on trust and performance
Profile
* Experience working with HNWIs/UHNWIs in luxury lifestyle, hospitality, or real estate
* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to generate and close business
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
* Discreet, polished, and confident in high-pressure environments
* Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to grow within the company
* Existing network in Ibiza or international luxury markets is a strong advantage
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

* Fixed base (seasonal structure)
