What is the purpose of the position?
For your first year, your main playground will be recruitment. Why? Because we´re in full growth mode and have several hiring waves in the pipeline.
But here's the twist: Since our 2027 priorities aren't set yet, your role will naturally evolve — think more strategic HR topics, org development, culture building, and helping shape processes as our Hub matures.
What are the tasks that you'll perform?
- Partner closely with teams to understand hiring needs and drive recruitment end‑to‑end.
- Work side‑by‑side with another HRBP (your direct manager) and our awesome recruiter
- Bring fresh ideas to the table — we love people who improve processes rather than just follow them.
- Support people managers on daily HR topics and help create a great employee experience
- Guide our newcomers through first day and execute onboarding/offboarding sessions.
- Participate in initiatives around engagement, culture, performance, development, and anything else that makes NN Digital Hub a great place to work.
- Be the role model of the culture in the organization.
What are we looking for?
- Madrid based colleague - we love flexibility, but we´ll need you in the office once per week, the rest can be wherever you´re most productive.
- Experience in managing recruitment process for IT profiles
- Experience with Workday tool (Recruiting module)
- Fluent in English (B2-C1)
- Valuable knowledge in the legal field and be updated on regulations and labour law. Also valuable interest and knowledge about the compensation field. Analytical skills.
- A proactive, idea-friendly mindset
- Someone who enjoys both doing (rolling up sleeves) and thinking strategically.
- Comfortable with fast-paced, changing environments
Who you´ll work with
You'll be reporting to another HR Business Partner, and working closely with our team of 1 recruiter — a small but mighty and international people team supporting a hub of around 220 talented colleagues.
