As we expand, we're looking for a motivated Google Ads Media Buyer who is eager to develop their skills and grow alongside us. brAbout the role brAs a Google Ads Media Buyer, you will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimising Google Ads campaigns primarily for fashion-related dropshipping clients. You'll be supported with clear SOPs, mentorship, and guidance to help you master the process. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to become an expert media buyer and grow into the role of project leader with other media buyers under you! brKey responsibilities brCampaign management optimisation brSet up and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and retargeting. brMonitor campaign performance daily and make adjustments to improve ROAS and overall results. brConduct basic reporting, data analysis, and performance troubleshooting. brSet up tracking and data collection using tools like We Tracked, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Triple Whale. brEnsure accurate tracking for purchases, events, and attribution. Client communication brProvide two weekly client updates every Monday and Friday (written updates, with or without Loom videos if needed). brAnswer client questions and concerns promptly. brJoin client calls when needed; strong English and clear communication are essential. Internal workflow collaboration brFollow our SOPs for campaign setup and optimisation. brCommunicate with the team when support or guidance is needed. brBe open to feedback and committed to improving your skills over time. brCommunications internally and with clients is trough Slack What we are looking for brHighly motivated individual who wants to grow and develop as a media buyer. brBasic understanding of Google Ads is required; training will be provided. brStrong communication skills and fluent English. brComfortable working mainly during Amsterdam time (CET) between 9:00–17:00. brDetail-oriented, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks. brInterest in e-commerce and dropshipping is a plus.
