* Provide on-site technical support for IT infrastructure as and when tickets are raised.
* Perform hardware installation, replacement, upgrades, and routine maintenance.
* Handle cabling tasks including installation, termination, labeling, and testing.
* Troubleshoot and resolve network, server, and hardware issues.
* Coordinate with remote support teams for diagnostics, guidance, and task execution.
* Support data center operations such as patching, racking/stacking, and equipment configuration.
Skills & Qualifications
* Strong technical knowledge of hardware, networking, cabling, and data center environments.
* Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
* Good communication and documentation skills.
* Manual dexterity and attention to detail for precise technical and cabling tasks.
* Flexibility to work in various environments and availability to respond to tickets on an as-needed basis. xohynlm
Note: This is a freelance/on-demand position, ideal for engineers who can be available for ad-hoc assignments depending on ticket requirements for a certain number of hours per month depending on incoming tickets raised by client.
