Privately held and headquartered in Boca Raton, FL, our passionate change-making team is looking for a Hematology/Oncology Account Manager located in Southern Spain.
We are looking for a Hematology/Oncology Account Manager to join our team remotely. As a business development team member, the Hematology/Oncology Account Manager will be vital to focusing on Massive Bio's clinical trial enrollment services and visitingHematologist/Oncologist offices. Ideally, the Hematology/Oncology Account Manager will have experience in a Biotech/Pharma environment.
Reporting to the Director, OUS Provider Engagement will:
Create a referral physician network of Hematologists/Oncologists for Massive Bio's clinical trial enrollment servicesMake outbound calls to Hematologists' and Oncologists' offices to create awareness of Massive Bio's offerings and follow up with in-person visitsAdministrative:
keep CRM systems current;
follow up communicationwith physicians;
report results to internal leadership and team membersCollect and communicate physicians' offices' feedback to Massive Bio's sales/marketing/product development/delivery operations teamsEstablish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with physiciansSupport business development efforts by initiating relations with healthcare enterprisesCoordinate networking efforts with team members and other departmentsAnalyze the territory/market's potential and status reports
Candidate Profile:
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience4+ years of sales experience in Hematology/Oncology, preferably in respected pharma companiesand/or CROAn extensive network of Hematologists/OncologistsUnderstanding of clinical trials and patient referral processesAbility to travel to Hematologist's/Oncologist's officesFluent in English and SpanishFamiliarity with medical terminology and the health care systemExcellent oral and written communication skillsShould be living in Southern Spain
