Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Controller to join our team.
Reporting to the FP&A; Manager, you will support the control and analysis of the company’s financial performance, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial information. You will contribute to the decision-making process through insightful reporting and variance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and internal audit processes
- Financial KPIs calculation
- Conduct variance analysis and support monthly financial reviews
- Monitor departmental budgets and perform cost analysis, margin analysis
- Identify and propose cost optimization opportunities

Qualifications
Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Languages: Advanced English (C1) and native-level Catalan and/or Spanish. Other European languages are a plus, depending on the market.
Systems: Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
