Job Description
The role of the Retail Planning & Performance Senior Analyst is to support the Manager in delivering reliable business insights by providing the Leadership team with recurring and ad-hoc data analysis and reports.
This candidate should be familiar with the Retail sales organization, initiatives, and data to report performance in a structured manner and develop analytical models to facilitate decision-making.
The P&P Senior Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders within and outside the team to ensure effective delivery.
Main Responsibilities
* Act as a sparring partner for the Retail P&P Manager and Retail Senior Management.
* Establish and maintain accurate reporting processes to track retail performance across different management levels.
* Lead projects impacting the Retail sales teams, supporting or owning the full project lifecycle from conception to implementation and tracking.
* Create compelling presentations to communicate progress, facilitate discussions, and support decision-making; make recommendations in appropriate forums.
* Collaborate with regional Retail sales teams to analyze performance and develop action plans.
* Conduct detailed data analysis, often involving large datasets and regional feedback.
* Develop analytical models to support strategic and tactical decisions regarding incentives, sizing, and organization.
* Build trust and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and develop a strong network across the business.
* Leverage technology (Tableau, Salesforce) to automate processes and ensure data consistency.

Candidate Profile
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills; able to interpret, summarize, and present complex data clearly; strong attention to detail.
* Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal and written); capable of influencing decisions.
* Methodical, organized, results-oriented, proactive, and hands-on.
* Ability to build relationships, create networks, and influence stakeholders.
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; fluent in English (written and spoken).
* SQL skills and experience with data analysis software (Tableau) are highly valued but not required.
* Experience in the accommodation intermediation business is valued but not required.
