Responsibilities
* Analyse and optimise business processes across the organization.
* Identify inefficiencies and support process optimisation projects.
* Research, evaluate, and implement digital tools and technologies.
* Develop and test programs or tools to automate and optimise workflows.
* Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
* Gather and analyse data to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
* Maintain detailed documentation of processes, tools, and project outcomes.
Skills and Competencies
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent required.
* Proficiency in Spanish and B2-C1 level of English.
* Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
* Precise in analysing data and documenting processes.
* Knowledge of Python, RPA, or SAP would be an asset.
