This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver high-impact digital marketing campaigns in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. As the central point of coordination between clients and internal teams, you will ensure projects are executed seamlessly from planning to delivery. You will play a key role in translating strategy into action, managing timelines, and ensuring consistent communication across stakeholders. The position requires both strong organizational capabilities and the ability to communicate complex performance insights in a clear and compelling way. Working closely with strategists and specialists, you will help drive measurable results while maintaining strong client relationships. Accountabilities
Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout campaign lifecycles, ensuring clear and consistent communication
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources using project management tools and frameworks
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources and ensure timely campaign execution
Lead regular client communications, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and providing updates
Translate campaign performance data into clear, actionable insights and client-friendly narratives
Identify potential risks to timelines or budgets and implement mitigation strategies proactively
Maintain comprehensive documentation of project scope, communications, and deliverables
Support campaign analysis and reporting using SEO and digital marketing tools when needed
Requirements
This position requires a combination of project management expertise, strong communication skills, and familiarity with digital marketing tools and environments.
3+ years of project management experience, ideally within a digital marketing or agency setting
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies for tracking and delivering projects
Experience working in remote, fast-paced, and collaborative environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, xhfqzwm and ability to manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog and SEMrush is preferred
Ability to analyze data and contribute to campaign performance insightsFluent in English with strong professional communication capabilities
