MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Define a framework contract for new MSAs and ensure its deployment within the whole Cellnex group.
2. Develop and implement strategies for standardizing MSA terms and conditions across markets to streamline processes and reduce complexity.
3. Define conditions of the new MSAs or their renewals and of large contracts with Key Customers, supporting the Group and Country Sales teams.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Finance, Operations) to align on contract terms, ensuring all relevant perspectives are considered.
5. In close collaboration with Commercial Development, simulate numeric calculations of multiple scenarios to facilitate key decisions within the negotiation process.
6. Control the MSA compliance within the Cellnex group: establish and maintain robust governance frameworks to monitor compliance with MSA terms, mitigating risks associated with non-compliance.
7. Lead all MSA-related topics, coordinating with Customer & Technical Operations teams (or other relevant corporate teams), consolidating inputs from different areas (SLAs management, Energy Recharge, etc.).
8. In collaboration with Finance BP, perform cost-benefit analyses related to SLAs.
9. Jointly with the Product Development team, analyze customer requests or claims that could impact existing MSAs.
10. Manage and develop the MSA Management team, overseeing their professional growth and being accountable for their impact on economic results, strategies, and the company's image.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Academic Profile
* Education: University degree in Business, Law, Contracts Management, or a related field; advanced degrees (MBA or JD) preferred.
Languages
* English - Must-have - Advanced
* Spanish - Must-have - Advanced
* Any other Cellnex language - Valuable - Intermediate
Software Tools
* MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Must-have - Advanced
Relevant Experience
* 8+ years in contract management, legal, or commercial roles, preferably in telecom, infrastructure, or TowerCo environments.
* Proficiency in contract management software and understanding of telecom infrastructure agreements, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
* Deep knowledge of telecom industry dynamics, TowerCo business models, and financial drivers for infrastructure agreements.
* Meticulous in contract terms and compliance, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
* Strong ability to analyze contract terms, financial implications, and regulatory impacts, providing data-driven recommendations.
* Excellent relationship-building skills across departments to facilitate smooth contract execution.
