Our team provides buy-side and sell-side due diligence services, analyzing financial, commercial, operational, and strategic assumptions to give clients peace of mind during transactions.
Financial due diligence professionals at PwC focus on advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, analyzing financial information such as earnings quality, assets, cash flows, and other key deal issues.
PwC Deals helps clients raise capital and complete acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic alliances by leveraging industry experience and international connections. Our Transaction Services practice in Spain comprises around 400 specialists delivering financial, commercial, and operational insights to maximize deal returns.
We work exclusively on deals, assisting buyers and sellers to prepare, close faster, and realize profits on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing transactions.
Our focus areas include:
1. Financial due diligence projects for both acquirers and vendors, including private equity firms and major corporate clients.
2. Critical review of key value drivers, historical financials, and projections.
3. Utilizing Data & Analytics tools to deliver insights on financial and business issues.
4. Supporting clients with price adjustments and analysis.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering.
2. Post-graduate qualification in Hospitality is a plus.
3. Fluent in English and Spanish.
4. 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance, private equity, audit, or financial due diligence, focused on Hospitality.
5. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
6. Advanced Excel skills.
7. Data analytics experience (Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, Alteryx) is a plus.
8. Flexibility to travel.
