Responsibilities
* You will supervise the packaging processes.
* You will resolve incidents that occur during the process.
* You will manage changes in the production plan.
* You will handle breakdowns and investigate incidents.
* You will ensure compliance with the weekly plan.
* You will participate in the investigation of deviations.
* You will communicate and plan the activities to be carried out by other departments in the company.
* You will lead, motivate and manage the team.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education, and/or ability required. * Health Science Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master in Farma Industry.
* Experience in similar tasks and/or in Manufacturing.
* Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and manage large teams in a dynamic environment.
* High level of English (B2-C1).
* Knowledge of manufacturing processes and GMPs.
* Knowledge of SAP ERP system and Microsoft Office.
* Must be comfortable in a constantly changing environment and able to shift plans and priorities daily to meet mid and long-term objectives.
* You are a communicative person, with a strong orientation towards teamwork and leadership skills.
* High level of organization, logistical and decision-making skills.
