For over 40 years, we’ve continued to grow in scale, reach and impact — while staying true to our purpose: b“Deliver The Promise” /b to our customers, employees and partners. /pp We are currently looking for a b Finance Controller Junior (1–2 years of experience) /b for a b temporary position /b, to join our Controlling team and support the business through high-impact financial analysis, reporting and process improvement. /pp b Your role /b /pp You will play a key role in supporting financial performance, improving processes and providing insights to the business. /ppb Reporting, Forecast Budget /b /pulli Prepare high-quality financial reporting within deadlines, minimizing adjustments. /lili Take ownership of assigned responsibilities: understand customer PL structures, monitor monthly results and analyze variances vs. budget. /lili Build forecasts and budgets, working closely with Sales, Operations and other stakeholders. /lili Perform monthly variance and profitability analysis (gross margin, cost lines, deviations). /lili Support the Controlling team with data uploads in b Essbase /b. /lili Collaborate with the Controlling Manager in the preparation of next year’s customer budgets. /li /ulpb Business Intelligence Process Improvement /b /pulli Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities. /lili Propose and implement new process designs and innovative solutions. /lili Build dashboards, KPIs and reports to improve efficiency, compliance and decision-making. /lili Prepare presentations for internal management meetings. /lili Support corporate initiatives and ad-hoc projects, acting as a finance partner to other departments. /li /ulp b What we’re looking for /b /pulli1–2 years of experience as b Finance Analyst / Junior Controller /b. /lili Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, ADE or Engineering. /lili Strong knowledge of b SAP /b (mandatory); planning tools like b Essbase /b are a plus. /lili Fluent b Spanish and English /b (third language is a plus). /lili Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset. /li /ulp b Why join HAVI (even temporarily)? /b /pp Because this role offers hands-on exposure in a global company, real responsibility from day one and the opportunity to strengthen your finance career in a dynamic environment. /pp b Interested or know someone who could be a great fit? /b /pp Apply or share! /p
