Your Contribution: Key Responsibilities

As a

Technical Support Advisor

, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical difficulties. Your primary mission is to quickly and effectively diagnose and resolve issues, ensuring a world-class customer experience. This requires a unique blend of technical expertise and exceptional communication skills: Front-Line Troubleshooting:

Address and resolve a diverse range of technical issues across software applications, cloud services, and operating systems. Customer Communication:

Utilize

native-level English fluency

and superior interpersonal skills to communicate complex technical solutions in a clear, patient, and professional manner with a global customer base. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions within the company's CRM system to contribute to a growing knowledge base. Proactive Problem Solving:

Apply

critical and logical thinking

to identify root causes of persistent issues and collaborate with internal teams to implement long-term fixes.

What We Look For: Skills and Experience

While we provide comprehensive training, certain skills and experiences will make you an adecuado candidate: Language Fluency:

Must possess

native or near-native level English fluency

training or experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical product support
