We are seeking a HR Service Partner responsible for supporting and answering HR questions from employees and managers across different divisions and countries within the Northern Europe region.
About The Role: HR Service Partner
Responsibilities:
* Support employees and managers across various countries by guiding them through our systems and answering questions related to compensation, benefits, leave, and global HR processes such as performance and merit & bonus cycles.
* Process changes like job updates or address changes in the system, reviewing and ensuring benefits are adjusted accordingly.
* Maintain oversight of various tasks and prioritize questions effectively, considering the broader impact of changes.
* Contribute to process improvements by digitalizing and harmonizing workflows to enhance efficiency and customer experience, participating in related initiatives.
* Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Recruiters, and other HR colleagues to deliver optimal HR service.
You will be part of the enthusiastic HR Shared Services team based in Amersfoort, the Netherlands.
Skills and Expertise
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience in HR, administration, or customer service.
* Fluent in English; knowledge of Norwegian or other languages is a plus.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).
* Experience with Workday or similar HR systems is advantageous.
* Customer-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
