You'll work with cross-functional teams to shape sourcing strategies, tender activities, and supplier performance dashboards. * Manage global supplier panel relationships, negotiate agreements, monitor supplier QCDT performance, and handle initial issues before escalation
* Consolidate commodity needs on site, contribute to commodity strategy and panel development, and support tender phases
* Coordinate projects with multiple métiers, initiate RFQ processes using standard tools, lead negotiations, and track sourcing project evolution (FAI, Business Award, Product development)
* Represent commodities to projects, platforms and solutions, and ensure work package sheets are respected
* Apply the Alstom Transport Sourcing process and capture return on experience
Responsabilidades
* Degree in Business or Engineering with a Master in Purchasing
* 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
* Experience or understanding of supplier management and negotiation
* Knowledge of sourcing processes and commodity strategies
* Familiarity with QCDT principles
* Fluent English and international background in the industry
