In this role you will enable regional CRM teams to create impactful email campaigns, focusing on templates, testing, and personalization. You will guide best practices in email design, collaborate with Optimove and creative teams, and ensure timely, engaging communications across Canada, Iberia, Greece and Latin America. You’ll stay ahead of industry innovations and translate them into scalable, BAU-ready templates. This position offers a chance to shape how customers are engaged across multiple regions while working with cross-functional colleagues.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Prepare ready-to-use email templates for regional CRM teams and coach their use
• Ensure templates pass multi-channel and multi-client testing for defect-free execution
• Propose and test innovations (modules, A/B tests) to improve deliverability and conversion and embed them in BAU templates
• Collaborate with Optimove to test personalization tools and keep content relevant
• Analyze past campaigns to derive drivers of engagement and create execution plans
• Monitor BAU delivery and conversion issues, coordinating remediation
• Support CRM execution teams with quick customer email reach-outs during urgent needs
• Work with creative teams to develop visual assets for CRM communications
• Serve as Optimail Subject Matter Expert and advisor for complex email projects
Responsabilidades
• 4+ years in roles owning CRM email design and creation with a portfolio
• Proficient with email design tools (e.g., Salesforce); strong preference for xpzdshu Optimove/Optimail experience
• Ability to multitask across six countries with strong planning/prioritization
• Execution-first mindset with pragmatic problem-solving (80/20)
• Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish is a plus
• Portfolio or anonymized samples of emails/communications
