HR Data Reporting and Analytics IT Platform Manager

Salary Range: EUR 45,000 - 70,000

Responsibilities include:
* Leading the evolution of HR Systems and innovation initiatives in Data Reporting and Analytics.
* Expertise in Vodafone’s HR Data model, managing integration, transformation, and reporting frameworks.
* Managing product roadmaps and ensuring data consistency across HR functions.
* Advising on architecture vision and translating business needs into scalable solutions.
* Acting as HR IT interface with stakeholders and overseeing technical enhancements and data migration strategies.
* Designing scalable solutions to improve operational efficiency.
* Representing HR Operations in strategic committees and managing relationships with system integrators.
Required Skills:
* Certification and minimum 5 years’ experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Module.
* Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Report Centre, Workforce analytics, and core HR processes.
* Experience in cloud projects, data analysis tools, and managing complex customer environments.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desired Skills:
* Experience with GCP Data Lakes, QLICK, SAP BTP, and AI/ML technologies.
* Understanding of Vodafone HR data model and agile methodologies.
