As our Senior Coordinator, Demand Planning you will lead demand process, drive strategic demand forecasting and ensure seamless demand supply operations across the region. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to bring key influence to transform customers demand to business sales, and collaborate with cross-functional teams between region and global, and make a tangible impact on business growth.

* Lead supply organizing to fulfill sales growth requirement
* Support and implement commercial decisions
* Measure, analyze and report key performance indicators and drive for improvement

You Bring
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in sales assistant / Supply Chain / Customer Service
* Working experience at least 3 years in Demand Planning or equivalent planning roles
* Strong data manipulation & analytical skills with the ability to translate data into high-level analysis and demand planning.
* Proficiency using technology tools that enable demand planning and reporting.
* Builds excellent relationships with key internal and external customers based on trust and confidence.
* Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
* Excellent influential and communication skills for driving internal stakeholders' alignment
* An ability to present complex issues in a clear and concise manner and provide succinct results-oriented operational expertise.
* Strong work ethics, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
* Knowledge of SAP (R3 / APO), Kinaxis Rapid Response is a plus.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
