LeadershipWorking in a multicultural environment and collaborating with Teams from various backgrounds and able to operate effectively across multiple time zonesManaging a team of direct report of 2-3 global sourcing associates located in multiple regions and coordinate with regional Procurement teams (5 -8 people) in the 4 main regions. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms.
