Overview

Join to apply for the Head of Marketing role at Alea.

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for building the whole department, and executing a compelling and convincing marketing strategy to improve market knowledge and position our company as the number one aggregation platform. You will also analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maximise ROI.

This position requires an innovative, results-driven leader with exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading successful marketing initiatives, managing budgets, and fostering collaborative cross-departmental relationships in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Create and develop Alea’s brand awareness in the market and position the company as market leader by developing comprehensive go-to-market strategies and marketing plans.
* Define Alea’s brand strategy and ensure its application internally and externally.
* Assist in generating content for social media campaigns as well as for press / media pitching.
* Collaborate with Art Director, sales, product, engineering, and leadership to drive new business and own a pipeline.
* Design cross-functional and cross-channel campaigns.
* Own the full customer journey through all marketing touchpoints.
* Take responsibility for online and offline campaigns to increase Alea’s market recognition, consolidate the brand, and grow the client base by defining budgets and expected results for all channels.
* Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategy and marketing plans.
* Define Marketing and department KPIs, monitor results, and report department performance to COO and Board.
* Lead content generation strategy targeting clients and values (videos, website content, blog posts, conference presentations, infographics, brochures).
* Drive conversion by growing website traffic, leads, and revenue.
* Lead and oversee product launches, global marketing activities, social media presence, key customer events and conferences.
* Create and maintain a library of sales tools (case studies, elevator pitches, product overviews, brochures, presentations).
* Optimize marketing touchpoints using data across top-, middle-, and bottom-of-funnel channels.
* Plan and host online / offline events to deepen relationships with customers and attract local prospects.
* Provide business cases outlining expected impact, investment, and execution roadmap to empower decision making.
* Collaborate with sales to improve lead quality and with the Board to guide acquisition and engagement strategy.
* Develop tools and processes to monitor Marketing performance KPIs and report on them.
* Manage the marketing function (demand generation, PR, branding, web optimization, design, etc.).
* Coordinate marketing activities with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.

Qualifications

* 5+ years experience in iGaming or related areas.
* Hands-on mindset with structured, detail-oriented work style.
* Strong experience in digital marketing and offline strategy.
* Bachelor in Marketing or International Marketing (required); Master or postgraduate is a plus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong ability to write and present ideas.
* Excellent people management skills; ability to engage stakeholders from field to C-suite.
* Advanced proficiency in HubSpot and marketing automation; web-related tools.
* English proficiency; Spanish is a plus.
