RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
* Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling in a professional and courteous manner.
* Escort guests to their rooms, providing a brief orientation of room features and hotel facilities.
* Assist with guest departures, ensuring efficient luggage collection and transportation.
* Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
* Support the Front Office team during peak times, ensuring smooth lobby operations.
* Coordinate luggage storage and delivery requests promptly and securely.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas.
* Assist with valet parking services when required (if applicable).
* Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience.
* Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, grooming, and luxury hospitality at all times.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
* Proven experience in a guest-facing role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, with additional languages being a plus.

RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO
* Dar una cálida bienvenida a los huéspedes a su llegada y asistirles con el equipaje de manera profesional y cortés.
* Acompañar a los huéspedes a sus habitaciones, ofreciendo una breve explicación de las instalaciones y servicios del hotel.
* Asistir en las salidas, garantizando una gestión eficiente del equipaje.
* Proporcionar información precisa sobre los servicios del hotel y las atracciones locales.
* Apoyar al equipo de Recepción en momentos de alta ocupación, asegurando un funcionamiento fluido del lobby.
* Coordinar el almacenamiento y la entrega del equipaje de forma segura y organizada.
* Mantener el área de entrada y lobby limpia, ordenada y presentable en todo momento.
* Apoyar en el servicio de valet parking cuando sea necesario (si aplica).
* Atender las solicitudes de los huéspedes con rapidez y profesionalidad.
* Mantener en todo momento los más altos estándares de imagen, actitud y hospitalidad de lujo.
REQUISITOS DEL CANDIDATO/A
