Manage, monitor, support and commercialise the customers of its Particular Banking portfolio, identifying sales opportunities, maintaining an appropriate level of interlocation through the remote channels available to them, and offering them the products most suited to each of them, with the aim of contributing to achieving the challenges established for its centre. Anticipating current and future needs based on a new relationship with the customer through the use of new technologies existing in the Entity and in the market.

The responsibilities that you will assume in the position are:

• Manage the assigned customer portfolio.
• Analysing the result of the commercial activity within the portfolio.
• Promoting digital transformation by encouraging the use of the Bank's digital tools and app.
• Organise the operational and administrative activities of the portfolio.
• Collaborate with the manager in the analysis and monitoring of the evolution of the risk of the customers of its portfolio.
• Monitor the performance of the balance sheet and the income statement of its portfolio.
• Experience and skills in the commercial management of customer portfolios.
• Knowledge of the bank's portfolio of digital products and services.
• MIFID, LCCI and IDD Certification required.

Other requirements:

• Control and monitoring of Operational Management.
• Knowledge of Commercial Systems.
• Knowledge of products marketed in the private banking sector.
• Knowledge and management of NPLs.
• Innovation and openness to change.
