Identify, qualify, sort, and track leadsResearch new prospects via web, LinkedIn, etc.Document and update contact information for leadsProfile strategic accounts, identify key individuals, research business requirements, and present solutions to initiate the sales cycleCreate and prioritize target account and contact listsFollow up diligently and thoughtfullyAchieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunitiesUtilize company selling tools, including documentation of plans and interactionsFollow sales strategies to identify promising new customers and potential championsAnalyze results and explore new approaches to improve effectivenessCollaborate with Sales on projects to drive revenue growthMaintain basic industry knowledgeContribute to refining sales tactics and strategies
Required ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in a related fieldAt least 1 year of successful experience as an Outbound SDR (Sales Development Representative)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with CRM systems and professional social networksEntrepreneurial mindset and proactive attitudePassion for technology and businessStrong communication skills;
multilingual abilities (especially German, French, Japanese, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Dutch, Norwegian) are a plus
