Responsibilities
Monitor and optimize operational performance across hotel properties
Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal procedures
Support hotel teams in implementing efficiency and service improvement plans
Conduct audits and follow up on action plans
Collaborate with various departments to maintain a consistent guest experience
Report KPIs and provide data-driven insights to management
Participate in continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
Qualifications
Strong operational background in the hotel industry (360º knowledge)
Dynamic, proactive, and detail-oriented personality
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt in fast-paced environments
Fluent in Spanish and English
Catalan and Portuguese are a plus
Experience in quality control, auditing, or process improvement is a strong advantage
