About the Role: An opportunity has arisen for a F&B Attendant position to join Jumeirah Mallorca.
* Provide exceptional service by anticipating guest needs, taking accurate orders, and serving food and beverages according to Jumeirah standards.
* Set up, clear, and maintain tables, buffets, and service areas in excellent condition, supporting daily operations.
* Communicate effectively with the kitchen and F&B team to ensure smooth service and timely delivery.
* Handle food, beverages, and service equipment responsibly, following hygiene, safety, and HACCP regulations.
* Maintain a friendly, professional, and unobtrusive presence with guests and colleagues, embodying the company’s values.
About you
* Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine‑dining environment.
* Good command of English; other languages are a plus.
* Friendly, approachable, and professional, able to provide a personalized and high‑end guest experience.
* Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform efficiently under pressure in a luxury setting.
