Lead the creation, editing, and optimization of content for versatile and competitive own and paid media channels, ensuring alignment with the company’s global objectives. This role enhances the company’s digital presence by managing and curating content that reflects brand values, supports business goals, and engages target audiences across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include driving inbound strategies, optimizing SEO and GEO performance, and ensuring a cohesive digital communication strategy.
KEY FUNCTIONS
1. Digital channel management :
Define, develop, manage, and maintain digital communication channels such as the Cellnex Trends blog and external newsletters to project the company’s positioning and engage target audiences.
2. Content creation and editorial planning :
Create, plan, and publish content globally and locally, ensuring alignment with the Group's B2B profile and strategic objectives.
3. Website coordination :
Support and monitor country and corporate websites, adhering to style guides and guidelines.
4. Inbound strategy development :
Implement inbound strategies developed by the Analytics and Automation team to drive engagement and lead generation.
5. Editorial management :
Oversee the editorial process for corporate communications and website content.
6. SEO strategy and optimization :
Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance search engine visibility.
7. Social media presence :
Plan, manage, and monitor the company’s social media profiles.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education :
Degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Web Development, or related field.
Languages :
* English - Must-have - Advanced
* Spanish - Must-have - Native / Advanced
* Any other Cellnex language - Valuable - Intermediate
Software Tools :
* Microsoft Office Suite - Must-have - Advanced
* Content Management Systems (e.G., WordPress, Drupal) - Must-have - Advanced
* SEO tools (e.G., SEMrush, Ahrefs) - Must-have - Advanced
* Web analytics tools (e.G., Google Analytics) - Must-have - Advanced
Relevant Professional Experience
* Experience managing corporate websites and digital content creation.
* Expertise in SEO strategy development and optimization for corporate websites.
