Together we help our customers and their patients to fulfill the dream of having a baby._We are now looking for a Global Financial Controller Sales & Marketing to support the S&M leadership team with Financial Analysis, planning and insights. You will be having a broad network cross-functionally and will be working close with the Business Controller of S&M, commercial excellence, process owner for OTC and IT. The role is acting globally and collaborating with regional/local finance.Key responsibilities:
- Consolidate and provide financial analysis of S&M performance and KPI’s- Prepare and support in financial presentations for stakeholders- Continuously standardize, develop and digitize the reporting & analysis process for S&M with ambition to provide insights upfront- Consolidated view and tracking of business initiatives in S&M, coordinating in Finance- Finance support in new business flows, review business cases and new transactions relating to S&M- Review and coordinate S&M bonus calculation process- Provide adhoc analysis as needed- Owner of S&M cost center structure & oversee S&M related dimensions and definitionsWe think that you have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, or related area- Strong communications skills in English, verbally and in writing- Self-starter with excellent analytical skills- A structured manner and the ability to make things happen- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced international environment- Collaborative and team player- Experience from ERP systems, analytical tools and MS OfficeYou will be reporting to the Head of Global Finance Operations and be located preferably in either Gothenburg or Valencia, Spain.- Vitrolife Group is a global provider of medical devices and genetic services.
