Job Description:
Join AXA Partners as an International Payment Controller and play a vital role in ensuring smooth and accurate international medical payments, supporting general healthcare operations with your expertise and proactive approach.
What you’ll be doing:
- Implementing and managing the AXA Partner payment strategy across multiple geographies.
- Overseeing payment processes to international medical providers, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Coordinating with international offices to gather missing information and resolve discrepancies.
- Managing payment-related data across various platforms, including Direct Access, Provider Portal, and Complaints systems.
- Supporting cross-border collaboration to maintain efficient and compliant payment procedures.
- Ensuring data accuracy, following up on outstanding information, and supporting process improvements.
- Representing AXA Assistance & AXA Group in interactions with medical providers.
What you’ll bring:
- Highly organized, proactive, and with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of Medical Assistance global processes, from case opening to payment and closure.
- Experience operating multiple CMS and assistance tools (Guidewire, Epangea, Prolink, Provider Portal, etc.).
- Fluency in English and Spanish; French or other languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills for payment data reconciliation and performance reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude in following up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely data submission and resolution of issues.
- Ability to contribute to process improvements with insights and feedback.
