To achieve this, we carry out rigorous selection processes that ensure it. /p p We are looking for strong Senior Technical Safety, /strong whose main functions will be: /p ulli Preparation and review of deliverables related to Technical Safety/Environmental, as minimum but not limited to such as Health, Safety Environmental (HSE) Management Plans, HSE philosophies/Specifications, studies reviews, HAZOP Management and review, SIL Determination, Hazardous Area Classification, Consequence analysis, BAT/ALARP studies, QRA, FESA, COMAH, Noise Specification, Noise Report Management, Emission Modelling Report, Flare Assessment (distances, emission and radiation), HSE Action Tracking Management, impact and emission calculations and safety equipment specification. /lili Participate in numerous workshop as Technical Safety/Environmental Engineer to advise on technical safety related aspect and concern at HAZOP, HAZID, 3D Model Review, HFE Review, Construction HAZID, etc. /lili Ensure compliance international and specific country legal requirements /lili Facilitate HAZOP, HAZID, SIL Determination, ALARP and ERP Workshop among others. /lili Perform radiation and dispersion modeling using Flaresim software (or any similar software) and review the simulations, analyses and utilize. /lili Review inter discipline documents. /lili Monitoring manhour budget and prepare weekly workplan and update project progress /lili Ensure the schedule and deliverables date are meet with a high quality deliverables and action. /lili Prepare specification, RFI/RFP and TBE for technical safety items. /li /ul pstrong Skills / Qualifications: /strong /p ulli Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical discipline or equivalent. /lilib English C1. /b /lili Experience with ADNOC/ARAMCO/QATAR normative. /lili Possess between 8-12 years of working experience as bu Technical safety specialist /u /b and demonstrate experience in b EPC companies or Engineering /b b Companies. /b /lili Significant experience in engineering design of oil and gas facilities. /lili Able to work in a project with minimum supervision. /lili A strong background in onshore/offshore facility and brownfield project experience is an advantage. /lili Mandatory proved Skilled in Physical Effects Modeling and Quantitative Risk Assessment, experience with PHAST, FLARESIM, ALOHA, EFFECTS, EXsilentia software or similar /lili Effective communicator who can influence key stakeholders. /lili Strong knowledge on the Hazardous area classification, SCE/PS, EERA, FERA and other loss prevention analysis and risk assessment. /lili Knowledgeable in technical safety design standard such as NFPA, EPA, NIOSH, IP, ISO, ASME, API, etc. Additional knowledge in Russian Normative is an advantage. /li /ul pstrong What do we offer? /strong /p p Participation in b top-tier international projects /b within the sector, where b multidisciplinary teams /b come together in a dynamic work environment that promotes b personal growth /b and b continuous professional development. /b /pp At Tecnicas Reunidas we also support work-life balance measures.
